Exercise doesn’t burn as many calories as you think
Unless you are training like an Athlete, out training a bad diet doesn’t work (also athletes don’t have a bad diet!)
You don’t need to be in the gym for hours on end to get results
30 minutes 45 minutes is ample Anything is better than nothing
You don’t need to be in the gym every day
Three or Four times a week is enough one or two is better than nothing and you will still progress
One bad meal does not wreck your progress
No one ever got fat eating 1 pizza
One missed workout doesn’t ruin your gains
Nor does two or three, Rest is essential
Consistency wins EVERY TIME
Dabbling with anything every now and then won’t get you results
Do what you enjoy
Like running - Run, like HIIT do HIIT (make sure there is some heavy weights on your training though 😉)
You don’t have to take out any food groups in order to lose weight
You have to be in a calorie deficit it’s YOUR choice how you do that but if you love carbs (who doesn’t) don’t cut them out
Sleep is the most underrated weight loss tool
It helps regulate your hunger Stops your cravings Helps with stress
Walking is the second most underrated weight loss tool
Seven to Ten thousand steps is enough
Its best to set a range than a target it can be done by mostly everyone and is free!
